Hiring: Complex Community Nurse
Location: Lincoln (Community-Based - Driver Essential)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
We're recruiting for an experienced Complex Community Nurse to join a dynamic and growing complex care team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously, using your clinical expertise to support, train, and guide care teams while making a direct difference to people's lives in the community.
This role is ideal for:
A Registered Nurse (Adult or Children's) with complex care experience
Someone confident in training, competency sign-off, and clinical governance
A proactive clinician who enjoys leading from the front and developing others
A strong communicator who values teamwork, quality, and person-centred care
In this role, you will:
Assess and review individual complex care packages
Provide clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments for support staff
Deliver hands-on care and ensure the highest clinical standards are met
Liaise with clients, families, and MDT professionals to ensure continuity of care
Support the Registered Manager and wider clinical team to maintain service excellence
Audit and maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards
Champion safe medication administration and best practice in all care delivery
