This is a pivotal role, responsible for shaping the credit and operational strategy of a high-performing finance business that supports a premium brand across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and evolve the credit and operations strategy across the UK business
* Manage risk, compliance, and profitability across credit, collections, and contract administration
* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all functions
* Educate and coach stakeholders to elevate credit and operational understanding
* Ensure robust controls and regulatory alignment across credit and operations
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-fit capabilities
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years' senior leadership experience in credit and operations
* Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills
* Deep understanding of credit risk, collections, and operational controls
* Experience in financial services or automotive sectors preferred
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
