A respected precision engineering company based in Billericay, is looking for an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join their growing team. ?? The Role
You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Siemens and Haas controls. This is a hands-on position producing precision components for a range of industries, working to tight tolerances and engineering drawings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
* Working confidently with Siemens and Haas controls
* Producing high-accuracy components to engineering specifications
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Maintaining high standards of quality and workshop safety

We're looking for someone who brings:
* Strong CNC milling experience
* Confident programming skills on Siemens and/or Haas
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
