The Role:
* Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS2 subjects, following pre-set plans or adapting to the needs of the class.
* Support students in their learning, ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work flexibly, covering staff absences on a short-term or daily supply basis.
* Collaborate with school staff to uphold high standards of teaching and behaviour management.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience in a teaching role.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage KS3 students.
* Adaptability to teach across multiple subjects.
* An enthusiastic and proactive approach to education.
