Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Service
Location: North East Lincolnshire (Cleethorpes)
Rate: Up to £37 per hour
North East Lincolnshire is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Service based in their office in the seaside town of Cleethorpes.

As a Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team, you are required to:
8. Undertake statutory Child and Family Assessments CA 89 Knowledge Chronically Sick and Disabled Act
9. Manage children subject to child in need, child protection, and looked after children care plans
10. Be responsible for all Children Social Care statutory requirements and preferably have an understanding of EHCP and SENDS
11. Assess risk to children with disabilities
12. Identify short break services
13. Manage Children in Care and maintain care plans
14. Undertake court work as and when necessary
15. Provide young adults with Transition Plans
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
16. Social Work England registration
17. Eligible to work in the UK
18. Hold a full UK license
19. Post-qualified experience
20. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
