The role of the Bid Coordinator is essential to supporting the continued success and growth of the business. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the bid response process for specified contracts. This includes managing bid portals, supporting the completion of PQQs and SQQs, organising meetings, and gathering content from internal stakeholders. You will also help maintain and improve the bid library to ensure consistency and efficiency in future submissions. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with teams across the business to ensure all submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer requirements. APPLY NOW Qualifications & Experience Desired: Experience of public sectors tenders is ideally suited 2 years experience supporting bid processes, response creation and coordination of multiple tenders Experience coordinating multiple bids/live tenders Adept at content gathering Able to write cohesive responses and experience with PQQs and SQs in a public sector environment Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling & vocabulary Quality focussed, with strong attention to detail Positive and solutions driven approach Driven & Collaborative, an individual with focus on meeting deadlines and able to motivate others to do so collaboratively Confident coordinating across teams and managing multiple deadlines autonomously Commercially astute Ability to manage and schedule own workload with tight deadlines and coordinate across teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the bid process for specified contracts. Complete PQQs, EOIs, and early-stage questionnaires. Gather and organise content from internal teams for tender responses. Schedule and manage meetings to align with bid deadlines. Maintain and update the bid library with templates and standard responses. Monitor bid portals and track new opportunities. Assist with presentations and documentation for post-submission meetings. Organise site visits and ensure stakeholders are briefed. Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and aligned bid content. Support supplier applications and accreditation processes. Track and report on tender activity and commercial data. Stay informed on industry best practices and bid process improvements.
