Change Manager – Retail Supply Chain Transformation
Location: Islip/Kettering and Reading or Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)

We’re seeking multiple Change Managers to support a major transformation across our retail supply chain. These roles are ideal for those who thrive in structured delivery environments, enjoy hands‑on change work, and are ready to influence how teams adopt new ways of working across a large, complex organisation.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Delivering change activity across multiple projects or a medium‑sized programme, ensuring alignment, consistency, and clear communication
* Supporting global or multi‑country transformation initiatives within a large‑scale organisation
* Conducting Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to shape effective change plans
* Developing and executing communication and training plans that drive understanding and adoption
* Preparing teams for go‑live, supporting hypercare, and ensuring a smooth transition into BAU
* Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to embed change effectively
What you’ll bring
* Experience in retail supply chain environments, with an understanding of how operational change impacts people, processes, and systems
* 5+ years in Change Management or Transformation roles within large, complex organisations
* A track record of delivering change across multiple projects or within a large programme environment
* Hands‑on experience with core change activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training planning
* Strong understanding of change management frameworks and structured delivery methodologies
* Experience supporting go‑live, hypercare, and transition to BAU
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups
