We’re Hiring: Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Ward
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team on a busy Rehabilitation Ward.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions to patients.
* Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, individualized care.
* Support patients in developing strategies to enhance independence and engage in meaningful activities.
* Provide expert advice and education to patients, families, and carers regarding daily living aids and techniques.
* Supervise and mentor junior therapists and students, fostering professional development.
About You
* A qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
* Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute setting is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Passionate about patient care and driven to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
