Your Role
As a Partnerships Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new partnerships that expand the company’s workspace network across the UK.
You will work both strategically and commercially, generating leads, pitching partnership solutions, negotiating deals, and turning opportunities into signed contracts.
Success in this role can open doors to broader leadership opportunities across the global business, including international roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver 10+ new partner locations per year
* Increase system revenue by £5M+ annually
🤝 Build powerful partnerships
* Identify and connect with building owners, developers, investors, and operators
* Promote the partnership proposition through strong B2B relationships
📞 Generate and convert leads
* Prospect through networking, outreach, local canvassing, and cold calling
* Quickly convert centrally generated inquiries into partnerships
🏢 Develop new workspace locations
* Source partners able to convert existing buildings
* Identify opportunities to secure new locations quickly
💼 Lead the deal process
* Pitch partnership models and solutions
* Drive negotiations and secure board approval
* Work with legal teams to finalize contracts
🚗 Stay close to the market
* Spend significant time meeting partners, building relationships, and closing deals
What You Bring
✔ Experience in sales or B2B business development within a fast-growing environment
✔ Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
✔ Track record of securing large commercial deals (£250K+ investment)
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Ability to present compelling business opportunities to diverse audiences
✔ Commercial awareness and strong financial understanding
✔ A self-starter mindset with the drive to deliver results
