Norland Nanny (or Equivalent) Qualified Nanny, Barnes, London. A warm, active and welcoming family in Barnes are seeking an experienced sole charge daily nanny to care for their two children, aged 4 months and 2 years. This is a long‑term, Monday to Friday role, 8am to 6pm (50 hours per week), offering £65,000 to £72,000 gross per annum (DOE).
Responsibilities
The nanny will confidently manage coordinated routines for both children, supporting feeding, sleep, development and transitions while creating a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
Duties include planning age‑appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play and outdoor time, supporting sibling bonding and emotional regulation, preparing children’s meals, managing play areas and children’s laundry, and handling nursery drop‑offs and pick‑ups. Clear communication with the parents is key.

Parking is available if preferred, and a part‑time cleaner attends twice weekly. The package includes 28 days’ annual leave and a £170 annual CPD budget.
Requirements
* Strong experience caring for a baby and toddler simultaneously, including a baby under 6 months.
* Paediatric First Aid, an Enhanced DBS and excellent long‑term references.
* A driving nanny is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience.
* 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
* NNEB / Norland / Equivalent qualification.
