Sustainability Specialist (Growth Role)
Location:Head Office
Join Hill Group – one of the UK’s leading housebuilders – as we drive forward our ambition to be a sustainability leader in the residential and urban regeneration sector.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to support and grow our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.
As part of our dedicated Sustainability Team, you’ll help implement and evolve our strategy, working across live projects, internal teams, and our supply chain to deliver measurable social and environmental impact. You’ll gather and manage data, support reporting, contribute to training and engagement programmes, and represent Hill in sector initiatives such as NextGeneration benchmarking.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in sustainability or a technical role (ideally in construction or housebuilding) who is eager to specialise and grow in this field.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in construction, environmental science or a related field
Strong interest in carbon measurement and ESG reporting
Experience supporting sustainability in a business or project setting
Enthusiastic about creating real, lasting change
