We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant. Pharmacy Counter Assistant (Part Time) About the Role As a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, you will be the friendly face of Clifton Village Pharmacy, providing an excellent experience for our customers every day. You will assist with the smooth running of the pharmacy front of house, ensuring customers receive the best possible care and advice. Key Responsibilities Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner Advising customers and meeting their needs (training will be provided, however a good foundation of knowledge is required) Claiming and processing prescriptions Pricing shop goods correctly Handing out dispensed prescriptions Answering telephone calls and checking customer emails Keeping stock tidy and ensuring date checks are completed with the team Supporting with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy Managing your time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed What We Are Looking For Previous pharmacy counter assistant experience is essential Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Clear and confident communicator A fast learner with the ability to work with accuracy Reliable and punctual A great team player Strong attention to detail Basic computer knowledge and confidence in using IT systems Flexible and willing to assist in any area of the pharmacy when needed Ability to work at a fast pace Salary Depending on experience and age.
