We are looking for a SENCO to lead the Special Educational Needs provision within a highly prestigious grammar school based in Leeds. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing the EHCP process, coordinating support for high-achieving students with additional needs, and managing a dedicated team of specialists. Experience and Qualifications
* National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) is essential
* Be an enthusiastic, inspiring leader with high academic standards
* Have excellent subject knowledge regarding the SEND Code of Practice and Access Arrangements
* A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
* Legal ability to work within the UK
