Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily.
* Understand our product range and identify opportunities to upsell.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Research and source information using internal systems and resources.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Provide accurate product and service information.
* Set up new customer accounts and update existing records.
* Process orders and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
* Prioritise and escalate issues where required.
* Follow up on customer interactions as necessary.
* Maintain accurate call logs and records in line with company procedures.
* Produce regular call and performance reports.
