The Team
You’ll join our Commercial Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Network. The Network Finance team partners closely with our Network and Scheduling teams, providing insight and support on network performance, aircraft allocation, route profitability, and investment decisions. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in shaping where and when we fly, ensuring our network remains industry leading.
The Role
As Finance Analyst – Network, you’ll help maximise route profitability by understanding the core drivers of performance and supporting key decisions on aircraft allocation and new base investments. You’ll monitor and challenge route financial performance, drive collaboration between finance and network teams, and provide business partnering that ensures our decision-makers have the right insight at the right time.
Key responsibilities include:
>Full business partnering with Finance, Network, and Scheduling teams
>Supporting budget and outlook setting, ensuring alignment with growth plans
>Contributing to commercial finance initiatives and tracking delivery
>Monthly reporting, analysis, and business case evaluation
>Delivering robust five-year business plans, budgets, and forecasts
>Supporting ad-hoc projects, including strategic and competitor assessments
>Generating month-end reporting and tracking cost-saving initiatives
>Providing financial evaluation of projects and cost-saving opportunities
>Maintaining effective relationships and mentoring junior team members
