What you’ll be doing… As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to help keep the organisation running smoothly. You’ll assist teams with day-to-day tasks, contribute to service delivery, and ensure that processes are followed accurately and efficiently. Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and diary management Assist with internal communications and respond to routine enquiries Help maintain accurate records, databases, and systems Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required Order supplies, manage office stock, and liaise with suppliers or service providers Support coordination of small projects or events Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational tasks Assist with finance duties Working pattern: Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only Job ID: 5972 What can you bring?
