About the Role:
• Lead overnight care and safeguarding for children with complex mental health needs
• Support the Head of Service in achieving the Statement of Purpose
• Ensure effective risk management and safety planning overnight
• Guide and support the night team to deliver trauma-informed care
• Contribute to wider site responsibilities and operational continuity

About You:
• Minimum Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
• At least 2 years' experience in children’s residential care, including 1 in a senior role
• Understanding of trauma-informed care, risk management, and the Mental Health Act
• Skilled communicator and confident team leader
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
