We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic management team. Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
* Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a positive working environment.
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
* Oversee bartending operations, ensuring that all beverages are prepared to standard.
