OutThereRPO is excited to support our client - a leading FMCG company specialising in delicatessen products. The small but close-knit team are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing UK team.
Are you proactive, organised and have experience operating in a fast-paced environment, where you have kept daily operations running smoothly while supporting the wider team’s growth? Do you like variety where no day is the same and are you confident communicating with customers?

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update daily trackers
• Organise couriers and ensure timely deliveries
• Process customer and trade orders
• Manage incoming product samples and keep them organised
• Assist with market reviews and competitor tracking
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email and phone
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word (essential)
• Confident and professional when communicating with customers
• A self-starter who’s happy to pitch in across tasks
• Previous administration experience essential
