Role Overview:You'll support students across secondary ages with SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs-both in the classroom and occasionally through home-based support. The role includes 1:1 sessions to help students with emotional regulation and academic progress, alongside tracking development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide consistent, patient support for young people with SEMH challenges
* Deliver personalised interventions in class, small groups, or at home
* Handle behavioural incidents calmly and professionally
* Keep detailed records of pupil progress and wellbeing
Essential Criteria:
* Prior experience in a UK school environment
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* Minimum 6 months' educational support experience
* Full legal right to work in the UK
* Available full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
