Lettings Manager
Location: Keynsham
Salary: £30,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm; every third Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent (subject to probationary period)
About the Role
Our client, a long-established and highly respected RICS-regulated firm and ARLA Propertymark member, is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their dedicated lettings department in Keynsham.
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a close-knit team of two — an experienced Property Manager and a Lettings Administrator/Negotiator — while driving the growth and success of the rental portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as the primary instruction getter, conducting marketing appraisals and winning new business
 * Bring properties to market and oversee the full lettings process
 * Manage and motivate the lettings team to deliver exceptional service
 * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards
 * Liaise confidently with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders
 * Oversee day-to-day operations of the department (rent payments are outsourced)
About You
 * Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a managerial or senior negotiator role
 * Strong leadership and organisational skills
 * Confident in conducting valuations and securing instructions
 * Professional, personable, and proactive approach
 * ARLA-qualified or willing to work towards qualification (support provided)
 * Full UK driving licence and access to a car (car allowance provided)
