A world-leading luxury yachting company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its London office.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day office operations and facilities
* Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and building management
* Coordinating workplace wellbeing initiatives and team events
* Supporting health, safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives
* Maintaining strong relationships with external partners and service providers
* Providing ad hoc support to the Compliance team
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an Office Manager or Operations role
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English
