Agent We're looking for an Agent to join us on the Southern Water framework team based in Chatham, Kent. Location : Kent, Chatham Hours : 40 hours per week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As an Agent, you'll be working within the Southern framework team, supporting them with the on-site overseeing of SHE and quality procedures. You'll also be experienced in coordinating the supply chain. With the knowledge and experience you have, you'll also be developing and monitoring civils methodologies & programmes. It is an important part of this role that you'll also be managing junior and supervisory staff. Your day to day will include: Site Incident management and escalation within prescribed timescales. Engaging both direct and supply chain workforces on matters of Health, Safety and Well-being, being the example on all key indicators to promote engagement. Plan and measure daily work activities for effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-term and contract programme milestones. Promote collaborative planning alongside the client and suppliers to maintain a common focus on key outputs and deliverables, ensuring there is an appropriate escalation as risks occur. Promote cross framework resource sharing working collaboratively with other managers to create a one-team ethos. What are we looking for? This role of Agent is great for you if: Construction industry experience, ideally within a Water Non-Infrastructure environment 5 Day - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate Full Driving Licence.
