Solicitor – Commercial Property / Renewables (NQ–5 Years PQE)
Location: Ayrshire or Stirling with hybrid working

About the Role:
A respected Scottish law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload within commercial property and renewable energy projects, supporting clients across Scotland, including rural landowners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advising on commercial property transactions, leases, and acquisitions.
2. Handling legal matters related to renewable energy developments
3. Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support.
4. Building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s reputation for practical, down-to-earth advice.
About You:
5. Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE).
6. Experience in commercial property law; exposure to renewables is advantageous but not essential.
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
