Location: Patchway, Bristol
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Payrate: £13ph

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Patchway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Duties include:
1. Explaining to customers the progress and updates on their vehicle repairs
2. Processing invoices and taking payments
3. Upselling products and services to customers
4. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Candidate requirements:
5. Good communication and organisational skills
6. Confident, professional, and approachable manner
7. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
8. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role is desirable, but not essential
