Role – Electrical Supervisor Location – Essex Mint Selection are partnering with a leading organisation within the energy sector to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for an immediate start on a 3-month renewable contract based in Essex. Scope of Work * Supervise daily site activities for all electrical works on the Gas Peaking Plant project, including LV/MV distribution, cabling, containment, switchgear installation, earthing, and control systems. * Coordinate and oversee site operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications. * Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards and site permit-to-work systems. * Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with progress reporting, quality checks, and coordination with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, commissioning). * Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions to maintain safe working practices. * Monitor site progress and workmanship, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality requirements. * Complete and maintain site records, including daily diaries, permits, inspections, and test reports. * Liaise with suppliers, delivery teams, and subcontractors to manage material and equipment logistics on site. * Identify and report any risks, delays, or non-conformances to the Site Manag...
