Security Manager Needed
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, HR, advanced IT skills, and knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, data protection, and drones. This role requires someone who can be on call day and night to respond to all important events.
Key Skills:
-Advanced knowledge of CCTV systems
-Expertise in access control systems
-Proficiency in data protection
-Knowledge of drone operations and regulations
Responsibilities:
-Capture and report on KPIs and SLAs
-Manage HR functions including recruitment, vetting, and maintaining training records
-Plan and manage meeting rosters
-Conduct audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Handle sick and absence management
-Solve advanced problems and implement effective solutions
-Maintain and update training records
-Utilize IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations
-Ensure evidence of a 5-year work history for all staff
-Attend weekly client meetings
Requirements:
-Proven experience in security management
-Strong HR management skills
-Advanced IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
-Background in recruitment and understanding of advanced vetting procedures
-Ability to evidence the importance of a 5-year work history
-Health and safety qualifications
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to be on call night and day
-Must be site-based with flexible working hours
