Care Assistant – Cwmbran £14.40 – £15.00 per hour We are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our growing agency team in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate carers looking for flexible agency work within care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments. Responsibilities: Delivering compassionate, person-centred care and support to service users. Assisting with safe moving and handling procedures in accordance with individual care plans and health and safety guidelines. Administering medication accurately and in line with organisational policies and procedures. Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility. Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents’ wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes or concerns. Promoting independence, dignity, privacy, and respect in all aspects of care. Collaborating effectively with colleagues and adhering to personalised care plans to ensure high standards of support. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents in accordance with infection control and safety standards.
