Our client, Stockport Council, is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join their Locality Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Support children and families to stay safe, happy, and healthy.
* Use Wigan’s values and the Family Safeguarding model in your work.
* Listen to children and make sure their voices are heard.
* Manage a busy caseload and work directly with families.
* Work closely with schools, health services, police, and other partners.
* Keep clear, accurate records using Liquid Logic.
* Attend court when needed.
* Help improve services for children and families.
* Keep learning and growing in your career.
* Follow professional standards and stay registered with Social Work England.
* Handle data responsibly and securely.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
