Our new Activities & Leisure offering plays a vital role in
bringing energy, excitement and fun to the Unity experience. We’re now looking
for enthusiastic Activities Team Members to join our team and help
deliver engaging, safe and memorable activities for guests of all ages.

About You
You’ll be confident, friendly and naturally engaging, with a
genuine passion for creating fun and inclusive experiences.
You enjoy being active, working outdoors and delivering hands-on
experiences that will be remembered long after the experience ends. You’ll be
comfortable leading groups, giving clear instructions, and ensuring everyone
feels safe, included and supported.
Above all, you’ll bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a
team-first attitude to every shift.
Essential Requirements
Experience in leisure, activities, childcare, outdoor instruction,
entertainment or guest-facing roles is desirable, but not essential.
We are happy to train the right people who bring energy,
confidence, responsibility and a willingness to learn.
Basic First Aid experience is advantageous, or a willingness to
undertake training.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and completion of
mandatory safeguarding training. All activities must be delivered in line with
company safety, safeguarding and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead,
host and support a wide range of guest activities, including instructed
and hosted sessions
* Deliver
clear safety briefings, demonstrations and instructions suitable for all
ages and abilities
* Create
a fun, welcoming and engaging environment that reflects the Unity Holidays
brand.
* Ensure
all activities are delivered safely, in line with training, operating
procedures and risk assessments.
* Prepare,
set up, maintain and pack away activity equipment and spaces.
* Carry
out equipment checks and report any defects or concerns promptly.
* Maintain
clean, tidy and well-presented activity zones throughout the day.
* Engage
with guests, answer questions and promote available activities
* Record
attendance, incidents and activity documentation accurately
* Work
collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a coordinated activity
programme
* Escalate
safeguarding, safety or guest concerns to the Activities Manager when
required
Hours of Work
Our activities programme operates across peak holiday periods,
weekends and school holidays.
Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading times is essential.
Training
& Induction
To support you in the role,
mandatory training will take place between 2nd and 15th March 2026.
Applicants must be able to attend all scheduled sessions during this
period.
