The Role
As SENCO, you will:
* Lead and oversee SEND provision across the school
* Coordinate EHCPs and individual support plans, ensuring statutory compliance
* Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions
* Provide guidance and training to teaching staff to promote inclusive practice
* Liaise effectively with parents, external agencies, and the senior leadership team
You will play a central role in embedding inclusive strategies across the curriculum and supporting both academic and pastoral development.
