Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE to join our reputable legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the highest standards of client service. Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, licences, and sale agreements for commercial properties Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects Conducting due diligence and title investigations to ensure clear ownership and rights Managing transactions from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Providing strategic legal advice on planning permissions, planning agreements, and land use matters Liaising with clients, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes Keeping abreast of changes in property law and relevant regulations to ensure advice remains current and accurate Requirements A minimum of 7 years PQE specialising in commercial property law within a recognised legal practice or organisation Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and effectively Proficiency in IT systems relevant to legal practice management and document drafting Proven experience in managing multiple transactions simultaneously with attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities Membership of the Law Society s Property Law Accreditation or equivalent is desirable but not essential This role offers an engaging environment for a dedicated solicitor looking to advance their career in commercial property law while delivering exceptional service to clients.
