The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of delivery — owning end-to-end project execution across a diverse portfolio of research programmes for global brands.
You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects run smoothly from kick-off through to delivery. Along the way, you’ll play a key role in client communication, fieldwork management, and keeping everything aligned and on track.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced agency setting, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and working with smart, collaborative teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Delivery
* Plan, manage and deliver multiple research projects end-to-end
* Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues
* Lead project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
* Ensure high-quality delivery to deadlines
Operations & Resource Management
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners (including fieldwork providers)
* Manage resource allocation across projects
* Support survey scripting and platform setup where needed
* Ensure strong project governance and financial oversight
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a key point of contact for clients
* Provide regular updates on progress, status, and outputs
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
* Contribute to case studies and project storytelling
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing research projects within an agency environment
* Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience coordinating fieldwork and working with external suppliers
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
* Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach
* Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation skills
Bonus points for:
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies
* Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
* Interest in data-driven insights and innovative research approaches
