Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Data and Insights Analyst to join the Marketing team, delivering key insights that help shape strategies and marketing campaigns for the Customer Engagement team.
Responsibilities
* Track, analyse and report on marketing channel performance and social listening to identify opportunities, trends and areas for optimisation.
* Develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights for channel managers and wider business teams.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to gather data and insights, building a deeper understanding of customers, the marketing environment and competitor activity.
* Transform complex data into meaningful insights that can be integrated into planning and decision making.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
* Stay up to date with analytics, social listening and measurement tools, maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Qualifications
* Experience of using Google Analytics software.
* Experience of PowerBI, SQL, Adobe Analytics or similar would be an advantage.
* Strong customer mindset and collaborative working style.
* Highly organised and persistent.
