* Final product dispatch and customer delivery
You’ll be expected to wear multiple hats and take a proactive, solution-focused approach to keeping things moving and continuously improving how we work.
Key Responsibilities of The Production Manager:

* Own the end-to-end production process from material intake to final dispatch.
* Work closely with design and engineering to ensure a smooth handover from prototype/NPI to production.
* Improve processes, productivity, and quality through lean practices and hands-on leadership.
* Maintain high levels of housekeeping, safety, and compliance on the shop floor.
* Support broader business needs where required—this is a team that rolls up its sleeves!
What We’re Looking For in The Production Manager:
* Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly management role in a technical or electro-mechanical environment.
* Strong people management skills and the ability to get the best out of a small, close-knit team.
* Comfortable in a small business setting, with a flexible attitude and a willingness to get hands-on.
* Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement.
* HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering or manufacturing discipline is desirable.
Why Join Us?
* Be part of a growing and innovative company working on technically exciting products.
* Take ownership of production and help shape how we do things moving forward.
* Collaborative culture where your voice is heard and valued.
* Competitive salary and a role with real responsibility and variety.
