We are looking for a permanent Account Manager to join our commercial team in Hull & East Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for existing accounts within your territory, and you’ll be working hard to attract and win new clients and develop our existing client portfolio.

Our team represents Bauer Media Audio UK with stations such as Hits Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Magic, Absolute, KISS and many others. You will be part of our highly successful and driven local team. We pride ourselves in putting teamwork at the forefront of our minds and you will be an important and integral part of that.
This role will be a mix of field, office and home working and you will receive car allowance.
What you'll be doing
Our clients are central to everything we do. As an Account Manager, you’ll be working hard to attract and win new clients and develop our existing client portfolio within your territory.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Executing Bauer’s commercial strategy.
2. Working with existing clients, ensuring they receive a consistently excellent service.
3. Prospecting & networking to attract new clients.
4. Understanding the needs of your prospects and clients to uncover new opportunities.
5. Presenting and proposing marketing campaign solutions, delivering on client’s objectives.
6. Closing decisions and winning new business.
7. Developing key internal and external customer relationships.
8. Growing revenue from your allocated territory.
9. Achieving personal and team revenue targets.
What You'll Bring
10. Previous experience in a sales environment, desirably within Media.
11. Track record achieving revenue targets and working to KPI's.
12. Proficient in using technology including Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM systems.
13. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
14. Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships.
