HR Advisor – Employee-Focused, Policy-Driven, Business-Centric Salary: £45,000 per annum Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid Working Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid flexibility available) Reports to: HR Manager About the Role This client seeks a highly capable and experienced HR Advisor to join a stable, dynamic and professional HR team. With 3–5 years of proven HR experience and ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy across three core areas: 1. HR Legislation Delivery – Ensuring compliance and clarity in all employee/employer relations 2. Employee Welfare Development – Championing wellbeing and career progression 3.
