We're looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and full of initiative to join the team as our Food & Beverage Manager at Weymouth Pavilion. With four busy bars on site and a year-round calendar of events, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position and includes evening and weekend work as part of a rota.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency across all areas of food and drink service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the smooth daily running of all four bars
* Maintaining cellar standards and ensuring full hygiene compliance
* Managing stock rotation and ordering
* Ensuring food and drink menus are up to date, cost-effective, and profitable
* Handling cash and ensuring financial accuracy
* Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example
* Taking on Duty Manager shifts (including some evenings and weekends as part of a rota)
* Covering kitchen shifts as necessary

Essential
* A Personal License
* Cellar Training and experience maintaining cellar hygiene
* Desirable
* Previous experience in managing busy bar operations
* Strong money-handling and organisational skills
* A keen eye for menu development and food profitability
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience working in a kitchen and ability to cook with confidence
