An expanding property consultancy is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing a varied commercial property portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for clients and tenants

Managing day-to-day property and contractor activity
*
Carrying out regular site and compliance inspections
*
Handling service charges, invoicing, arrears, and finance queries
*
Supporting the wider team with reporting and portfolio management
Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial property management
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
*
Full driving licence
*
(MRICS or degree-level qualification advantageous but not essential)
