Job Title: Primary Trained Teacher or HLTA (Part-Time)
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Initially 15 hours per week
Location: Annandale House, Gloucester.
We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Primary Trained Teacher or HLTA to join our team from January 2025. The successful candidate will have experience of working with neurodivergent young people and will demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality teaching and support in an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons and interventions.
• Support the academic and personal development of neurodivergent pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote an inclusive and supportive learning culture.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school/setting as required.
Person Specification:
• Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) or HLTA status.
• Experience of working with neurodivergent children and young people.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A flexible and reflective practitioner, committed to ongoing professional growth.
