Your new role The Test Analyst will be responsible for developing test cases as well as executing them, reporting defects, and validating fixes. This role is essential in ensuring that the products meet the required specifications. Contribute to the overall test strategy Assist in creating detailed test plans for different test phases. Review requirements and design documents to develop test cases, identify requirements, and manage tests throughout the test lifecycle. Develop test scenarios and test cases for various phases. Assist with test automation scripts, test data preparation, and provide UAT support. Identify and update regression test cases. Carry out test scenarios and test cases according to the agreed terms. Generate test status reports as requested by the Test Lead. Ensure all testing activitiesply with the organisation's testing policy and strategy. Provide UAT and ELS support through test creation, preparation, execution, defect retests, regression tests, and demos. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Tester/Test Analyst. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. What you'll get in return A contract role lasting up to six months initially with the potential for extension. The role is outside IR35 and paying £400 per day. The role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid working on offer.
