The Role
As our Lead VIP Host, you will own and elevate the entire VIP program. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our top players, driving engagement, and turning interactions into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the VIP Experience: Own and evolve the VIP program, set standards, and mentor Junior VIP Hosts
● Create Moments That Matter: Plan and execute VIP events, competitions, and experiences that drive long-term engagement
● Content Creation: Produce compelling assets with AI (images, videos, messaging) to support VIP initiatives
● Player Engagement: Communicate daily with VIPs across multiple channels (in-game, SMS, social, email, calls)
● Personalization: Build deep relationships with players by understanding their behaviors, preferences, and motivations
● Performance Ownership: Track and analyze VIP KPIs, working closely with Monetization and Analytics teams to improve results
● Problem Solving: Handle player issues with empathy and precision, ensuring fast and effective resolution
● Product Alignment: Stay up to date with game updates, live ops, and competitors, translating changes into player excitement
● Innovation: Leverage AI tools and new technologies to enhance personalization, efficiency, and engagement strategies
Requirements:
● Relevant experience - 4 years as part of a VIP Hosts team, of which 2 in leadership - in iGaming, skill games or other RMG fields. Otherwise, 6 years of experience in mobile F2P.
● Excellent communication skills - warm, sharp, and highly personal
● Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, KPIs, and spreadsheets
● Strong understanding - of American culture and social platforms
● Creative and resourceful - able to execute without relying on large support teams
Nice-to-Have:
● Background in hospitality, concierge, or high-end service environments
● Other career experience in gaming, especially real-money or skill-based games, such as game design or live-ops
● Content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
● Understanding of game economies and monetization
● Additional languages (Chinese, Spanish, German, etc.)
