Overview
Sales Director, Laboratory Equipment – Location: Aylesbury. Hybrid working + international travel. Contract: Permanent | Full-time | 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri). Salary: Up to £90,000 basic + package including 10% pension contribution, bonus, car allowance and more.

What you’ll be doing
* Design and deliver ambitious commercial strategies
* Drive new business growth and customer acquisition worldwide
* Lead global key account and channel partner management
* Collaborate with Marketing & R&D to align sales with innovation
* Guide product development strategy
* Track performance against KPIs and ensure commercial success
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global sales team
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience leading sales in scientific or laboratory equipment markets
* Strong track record of growing revenue across global territories
* Experience managing international accounts and channel partners
* Solid understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting and budgeting
Desirable
* Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science
* Advanced qualifications in Business, Engineering, or related fields
