Baby & Parent Swimming Instructor – Part Time

We're excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a Baby & Parent Swimming Instructor to deliver fun, supportive, and engaging lessons for parents and their little ones.
Hours: Fixed 2 hours every Saturday (08:30–10:30am), with opportunities to take on extra sessions if you'd like.

What we're looking for:
* A qualified instructor with experience in teaching baby and parent classes
* Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
* Confident in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both parents and children

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate swimming lessons for babies and preschoolers
* Create a warm, positive learning environment that supports early water confidence and bonding
* Adapt lessons to meet the emotional and physical needs of young children
* Support parents/carers in their role during the sessions
* Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
* Ensure a high standard of safety and care at all times
Essential Criteria (one or more of the following):
* Level 2 Baby and Preschool Teaching Qualification (STA or Swim England/ASA)
* STA Level 2 Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming
* ASA/Swim England Level 2 in Teaching Swimming
