Role Title: Administrative Assistant Volunteer

Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update administrative records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assist with the preparation of administrative documents, including letters, reports, forms and policies.
* Support internal processes, including filing, scanning and shredding.
* Respond to general administrative queries in a professional and helpful manner.
* Assist with organising meetings, booking rooms, preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
* Help manage office supplies, ensuring stock is monitored and replenished as needed.
* Provide general administrative support to other departments as directed by the Business Administration Team.
* Participate in relevant training provided by The Roberts Centre, including safeguarding, data protection, and health and safety.
Who We're Looking For:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and attend training as needed.
* Personable, friendly, enthusiastic and approachable.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
* Respectful of confidential and sensitive information.
