Tasks
What you'll do:
1. Disassemble aircraft landing gear to a high standard without causing damage
2. Follow manufacturer instructions and departmental procedures accurately
3. Identify and prepare parts safely for the next operation stage
4. Work with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines
5. Use company systems to record work and report issues
6. Inspect for missing or damaged components and report findings
7. Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and controlled manner
8. Support continuous improvement by highlighting tooling or process issues
9. Take part in team meetings and promote open reporting

Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
10. GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A–C preferred
11. Engineering qualification desirable but not essential
12. Experience using hand tools in a mechanical environment
13. Knowledge of PPE and safe working practices
14. Aerospace experience advantageous but not required
15. Strong teamwork and communication skills
16. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
17. Good manual dexterity and physical capability for lifting
18. Willingness to complete mandatory training
