Supporting children with daily routines—school, meals, homework, activities
Use a trauma-informed approach to help them feel safe, understood, and valued
Help young people manage their emotions and behaviours in a positive, respectful way
Working as part of a close-knit team that’s got each other’s backs and works together to give children the best care possible
Writing reports and logs to help keep things running smoothly and safely
👍 Life experience from any background – we’ll provide full training!
Willingness to learn about trauma-informed care (don’t worry, we’ll teach you)
A full UK driving licence and be over the age of 21
Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins

We’ll support you through your Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare if you don’t already have it
