What You’ll be doing:
* Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
* Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
* Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
* Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
* Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.

* Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them effectively.
* Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting this information to drive positive change.
* Confident decision-making in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with openness to innovative approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster a collaborative team culture.
