Role Overview:
As a HR Business Partner (known internally as the People Partner), you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR support and ensuring effective people management across Simplify. This high-impact, fast-paced position requires a self-starter who can work independently and set clear objectives. You will partner with the business to drive HR initiatives, support managers, and foster a positive work culture that supports high performance. The role focuses on providing solutions in a high-performance, results-oriented environment, rather than on development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering: Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide HR expertise supporting business objectives.
* People Strategy: Implement and execute people strategies that drive performance and align with Simplify’s goals, ensuring an agile HR approach.
* Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for complex employee relations matters, advising managers in line with best practices and legal requirements.
* Performance Management: Partner with managers to ensure effective performance management processes that support employee development and progression.
* Change Management: Support change initiatives, guiding managers and employees as needed.
* HR Projects: Lead and support HR projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time.
* Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to anticipate workforce needs and ensure the right talent is in place for future success.
Requirements:
* Proven Business Partnering Experience: Significant experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a high-performance, fast-paced industry (e.g., FMCG, Insurance, Private Sector).
* Self-Starter & Motivator: Proactive, self-driven, capable of working independently to achieve objectives.
* High-Performance Exposure: Experience supporting and driving a high-performance culture in demanding environments.
* Industry Experience: Background in the private sector with exposure to complex HR issues in fast-paced settings.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to deliver practical, effective solutions to people challenges promptly.
* Relationship Building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with employees and senior leaders.
* Resilient & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, able to adapt and provide flexible solutions.
Additional Considerations:
* Experience working as a generalist HR Business Partner in a complex, fast-paced organization.
* Ability to act as HR subject matter expert across multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience with workforce forecasting and planning.
* Proven track record in HR project management and supporting change management programs.
* Experience working with senior leaders to develop high-performing teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Power BI, and MS Project.
