Group Portfolio Manager (Client Side)
£70k+ Car/Allowance and excellent benefits including Hybrid Working

As a Group, we own a diverse Commercial Investment Property Portfolio in the Northwest of England. This portfolio plays a pivotal role in the operation of our Trading Businesses as well as supporting the Groups Charitable activities through the Eric Wright Charitable Trust.
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Group Portfolio Manager to join our well established, professional and friendly team. This role will strategically manage our assets to drive the growth and value of the portfolio.
About the role
Reporting into the Senior Group Portfolio Manager you will work alongside an Assistant Portfolio Manager to;
* Strategically asset manage the portfolio to improve income and value.
* Oversee external managing agents on multi- let service charge properties.
* Ensure proactive management of the single let assets.
* Manage lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations claims engaging external consultants as needed.
* Instruct in-house and external solicitors on all conveyancing and litigation matters
* Regularly inspect the properties within the portfolio, ensure tenant lease compliance, build and maintain relationships with tenants.
* Ensure the portfolio is EPC compliant.
* Manage and proactively engage in the external annual valuation process.
* Seek out and provide insight on potential acquisitions, disposals and support the Group with property advice.
* Provide property advice and support to other companies within and connected to Group.
About you
You will be a seasoned Commercial Property Asset Manager with significant experience and MRICS accreditation. You will have knowledge of commercial property market, trends, challenges and emerging legislation.
It would also be great if you had valuation and/or capital markets/investment experience although this is not essential.
